NB: If you have problems viewing images in this tutorial:
Right click on the white square with a red and click on the "image display".
For this photo, colors of water and sky are united enough, I used the magic wand tool with a tolerance of 20 to select the sky and water (to make multiple selections, keep pressing the button SHIFT on your keyboard while clicking with the magic wand tool).
When you have select the entire sky and water, click on Select / inverse.
Then click on Edit / Copy.
Click Layer / New Layer.
Click on Edit / Paste.
Click on Edit / Transform / Flip Vertical
The following image shows you the result but the reflection is not realistic.
Use the move tool to reduce the height of the image and move it.
Click Filter / Blur / Motion Blur and choose a distance of 35.
Finalizing the realism with the eyedropper tool, click on water to retrieve the color of water (1).
Click Layer / New Layer (2).
Choose the Gradient tool (3).
Select a gradient of water color to transparent (4).
Select an opacity of 30 (5).
Now place your mouse at the bottom of the image, click and hold down the mouse to make a line to the middle of the Image (6).
In the picture below, you can see the result of our reflection.
